PLACING AN ORDER:
All International Customers need to supply QAA with a UPS, Federal Express, or DHL Account Number for shipping item from the USA to your country.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
Quality Aircraft Accessories provides an 8130-3 FAA form with EASA statement for all international customers. Quality Aircraft Accessories has issue of EASA Part-145 approval in accordance with the provisions of the US BASA/MIP agreement.

All International Customers are invited to use any of the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Or, you can pay by wire transfer and once we receive payment, we will ship your order.
Information for Wire Transfer to QAA: US Dollars
Your information must include Route #, Swiftcode, Address of Bank and Bank Account #. If you are planning to wire transfer money into our account, contact Lorie Hicks or Sabra Thompson for specific information needed.
Please inform us when you make the wire transfer so we can call the bank to check for funds and process your order as soon as possible.

RETURNING CORES:
When returning cores for a refund, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please mark your shipments "DOOR TO DOOR" on customs forms; any charges to Quality Aircraft Accessories will be denied and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your core, you will be refunded the core value on the day of receipt.
